Leading University

Leading University (LU) is a private university established in 2001 in Sylhet, Bangladesh with a total student population of 4,700. Sylhet is one of the largest cities in northeastern Bangladesh. Leading University consists of 4 faculties such as the Faculty of Modern Sciences, the Faculty of Social Science, the Faculty of Arts and Modern Language, and the Faculty of Business Administration, and 11 departments. They offers fullfilling programs for undergraduates and graduate students.

The Faculty of Modern Science has five departments: Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Department of Architecture, Department of Civil Engineering, and Department of Public Health. The Department of Architecture was established in 2007 and currently has 10 full-time faculty members who provide efficient and attentive instruction. The five-year degree program leads to a Bachelor of Architecture (B. ARCH).
