The School of Design and the Graduate School of Design at Kyushu University welcome exchange students from abroad. Applicants who wish to study abroad at the School of Design and the Graduate School of Design of Kyushu University are required to first contact the international office of their home university before applying.

The application schedule for the exchange program will be changed starting from the October 2025 enrollment. The deadlines will be moved up by approximately one month, so please review the selection schedule for your university.

Nomination Deadline: September 10 of the previous year
Application Deadline: September 15 of the previous year

*3 Language Proficiency Certificate
JLPT (for those who wish to take classes in Japanese),
English proficiency score (for those who wish to take classes in English)
4 Copy of passport

6 Portfolio (if any)
