Applicants should submit the application form together with other necessary documents indicated in the application form to Kyushu University through your university. You are advised to find out more information from the related departments at your university before applying for the exchange.

Note: If the * marked documents are in a language other than English or Japanese, an English or Japanese translation must be attached.
Please take note of the following deadlines for enrollment:
Semester 1 Enrollment: October 30
Semester 2 Enrollment: April 30
The deadline in your university will be earlier than the above date so please ask the international affairs section in your university. The documents must be submitted through your UNIVERSITY.
If you have missed the deadline, please email the Student Affairs Section at firstname.lastname@example.org to request for late submission of application.
If the university to which the applicant belongs has concluded the Agreement on Student Exchange of University level with Kyushu University, please apply from here.
