In the city of Fukuoka, you can find one of the best places to live this wonderful experience, Mount Homan. With its 829 meters in height, it is a natural marvel and has been a place for Buddhist religious rituals since ancient times.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taking the train from the city center of Fukuoka, we can reach the city of Dazaifu, which is home to a very large shrine called Dazaifu Tenmangu, dedicated to the deity Tenjin. Passing through this shrine is where the adventure begins.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After approximately 20 minutes of walking, we arrive at the first stop, Kamado Shrine, a small but very attractive shrine where you can perform the complete ritual of washing and prayer. It also has a very elegant and beautiful amulet store.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continuing onward, we can start the trail up Mount Homan. The trail is divided into several parts and options, suitable for both experienced and beginner hikers. It takes approximately two hours to reach the summit of the mountain. Along the way, you can encounter different surprises in the green and pristine resting areas, various statues and altars to gods, not to mention the beautiful and verdant views of the entire moorland.
